Deutz
The name comes from the place where the factory is based: Deutz, a borough in Cologne. It is a large motor factory that also manufactures tractors. The SDF Group, which stands for SAME Deutz-Fahr, produces the following tractor brands: Deutz-Fahr, Lamborghini, Húrlimann and Same. Deutz-Fahr was bought up by the SAME Group in 1995.
Deutz-Fahr 9 series
The Deutz-Fahr top model. An ultra-modern tractor with all possible innovations built in. With a top speed of almost 40 mph, this tractor is fantastically-suited for road transport. It has a lifting power of 12,000 kg. The engine power ranges from 295 to 336 hp, depending on the model within this series.
Deutz-Fahr 7 series
This new series contains 2 models, namely the 7230 with horsepower of 226 under the hood, and the 7250 with horsepower of 230. This tractor is very comfortable and is the ideal tractor for contractors and large arable farming companies.
Deutz-Fahr 6 series
This jack-of-all-trades comprises 12 models with a choice of 2 types of transmission. It has horsepower ranging from 156 to 212, and lifting power of 7,200 to 8,800 kg. This tractor is deployable anywhere, from ploughing to transport and sowing to tillage.
Deutz-Fahr 5 series
This includes the 5 series, the 5G series and the 5D series
5 series 110 to 126 hp four-cylinder motors
5G series 75 to 116 hp three or four-cylinder motors
5D series 62 to 97 hp three or four-cylinder motors.
This wide range of tractor models offers plenty of application possibilities for dairy farms and arable farming. Tractors for the feed mixer wagon and mowing grass, tedders etc. Due to their manoeuvrability, these tractors are also excellently-suited for loader work.
In addition to tractors, Deutz-Fahr also manufactures combination harvesters and hay and forage machinery such as loader wagons, bale presses, mowing machines etc. Telescopic handlers are also produced with a choice of various models.
